The Rajan Shahi production is not only one of the most-watched shows in India, but it also often tops the weekly BARC ratings. In the last few episodes, it was seen that after finding out about Armaan and Ruhi’s unrequited love story, Rohit runs away from the house due to guilt. Tensions in the Poddar and Goenka houses run high as Manish suffers a heart attack.
Today’s episode starts with Armaan scolding Ruhi. She tells him that it wasn’t her fault that she mistakenly took many pills. As Armaan scolds her, Ruhi breaks down and tells him how her life has always thrown her around. She recalls how he pushed her towards Rohit, and now that her husband is not there, she feels alone. With Manish wanting her to come back home and Dadisa not letting her go anywhere, she feels like an object and not a person with feelings. He asks her to have water and calm down. She asks him why she can’t just be Ruhi and create her own identity. Abhira calms Ruhi down by giving her glucose water. As Dadisa recalls Manish’s words, Madhav and Vidya come to talk to her. He tells her to let Ruhi go and not make her stay back like she did with Vidya, no matter how much her daughter-in-law was not happy. Dadisa says that Poddar bahu only leaves their house after their death. She tells them that if Ruhi chooses to leave today, then she will not be welcomed in the house, even after Rohit comes back. The Poddars and Goenkas all gather as Dadi asks Ruhi what she wants to do. Ruhi sees Armaan and tells everyone that she wishes to stay with the Poddars as she has hope there. Happy with Ruhi’s decision, Dadi promises to treat her like a daughter. As the episode further progresses, Abhira is seen dancing around on the bed. She stumbles and Armaan catches her. He asks her what happened and she tells him that she cleared 4th-year exams, he gets super happy and they celebrate. Manisha, Vidya, and Ruhi see them celebrating. He rushes downstairs to get something sweet and Manisha taunts him. Ruhi goes from there and Vidya tells Armaan that Ruhi needs a friend. He takes fruits for her. Dadisa and Vidya overlook as he feeds her the fruits. Abhira tells them that it is high time Ruhi stands up for herself, instead of leaning on the family members for emotional support.
In the upcoming episode, Sanjay manhandles Krish and scolds him, asking him if he wants to be a lawyer or not. Abhira stands up for Krish and asks Sanjay to not force him to be a lawyer. Armaan sides with Abhira which leaves Dadisa furious.
